Lucas Taylor recently graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2021. There, he was a two-year member of the University’s Law Review, served as a Brandeis Academic Fellow, and participated in the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s externship program, as well as the Ackerson Law Clinic externship program.

While attending law school, Lucas also worked as a clerk in the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for two years. He then became a full-fledged prosecutor for the Office upon being admitted to the State Bar of Kentucky in 2021. As a prosecutor, Lucas managed an active caseload of over 100 felony cases ranging from murder to theft. He performed in numerous trials in Jefferson Circuit Court, each resulting in a conviction. He joined the firm in April of 2023, and now looks forward to using these diverse litigation experiences to advocate for clients in all land use and real estate matters.

Prior to law school, Lucas received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 2018.
